We are in search of an IT Manager to join our team East of Louisville, KY. This role involves overseeing IT, improving productivity and efficiency, and ensuring all systems and services function seamlessly to meet business needs. This role will also involve the development and implementation of IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, as well as managing IT staff and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services to meet production needs.
• Develop and maintain IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish contractual agreements and service level agreements with critical IT suppliers.
• Continually analyze cross-departmental processes, technologies, and suppliers to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when required.
• Manage IT staff for IT operations and improvement initiatives.
• Develop, test, and execute data backup, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
• Coordinate with operating departments to develop and enforce the architectural framework for secure integration of operational technologies.
• Utilize skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Contracts, Budget Management, Disaster Recovery Business Continuity, System Administration, Infrastructure administration.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT managerial role
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory management
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is required
• Experience in Contracts and Budget Management is a must
• Proficient in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and execution
• Expertise in System Administration is crucial
• Infrastructure administration experience is necessary
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications in IT management and systems administration will be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
