If so, this Inside Sales Assistant role could be just right for you! This position is located in the Warren, MI area and is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity. What you get to do every day:-Triage/Problem Solve inbound customer phone calls-Make contact with incoming leads received via phone/email/web and discuss their current need -Follow-up with customers in a timely fashion to provide additional information and updates-Provide administrative support to the sales department, including order entry, reporting, project work, etc.-Assist with light prospecting for new customers
