Lifesource is looking for someone with administrative experience in organizational effectiveness and inventory control for this 6 month temporary position. They are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a warehouse environment, can count pieces and is able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Experience in the areas of inventory and warehouse controls.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excel, Word, and Power Point proficiency

Requirements
Duties include:
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures.
• Reconcile physical and system inventories and make necessary adjustments.
• Verify all orders received and shipped are properly accounted for in the company's records.
• Manage and coordinate physical inventory procedures and activities.
• Perform physical counts, process count information in the system, investigate and provide Root Cause Analysis information.
• Coordinate cycle counting activities for all product types, ensuring counts are completed in a regular and timely manner.
• Account for all defective or damaged products and take appropriate corrective action.
• Identify and recommend changes to planning policies and procedures as needed
