Responsibilities
- Support merchandise buyers by maintaining accurate records and coordinating meetings.
- Process and manage special orders, ensuring they are correctly submitted for processing to different vendors.
- Handle the transfer of merchandise to different store locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Use advanced Excel skills to manage and update manual spreadsheets.
- Carry out clerical duties efficiently, including managing and updating customer records.
- Cooperate with the buying team to gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Utilize internal software to keep track of inventory and customer orders.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Cerner Technologies
- Skilled in using Epic Software
- Knowledgeable in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Familiar with ERP Solutions
- Able to use About Time software
- Capable of Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience in Auditing practices
- Able to create and interpret Charts - Graphs
- Familiar with Clerical Duties
- Experience in Retail sector
- Understanding of Merchandising practices
- Proficient in Excel Formulas
