Robert Half is looking for a talented IT Administrator that can leverage technology to enhance efficiency and drive productivity. We're looking for someone to provide ongoing maintenance and support, ensuring seamless operation across systems.Responsibilities:Manage IT helpdesk and ticketing system, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.Diagnose and resolve technical issues for computers and peripherals, including printers and Wi-Fi.Setup and troubleshoot A/V equipment for meetings and presentations.Maintain comprehensive procedures and documentation for technical support.Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and deploy scripts for automation.Provide proactive support for applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and others.Assist in the rollout and management of Okta identity and access management solution.
