The IT Manager is responsible for the management of the company’s IT function, the SyteLine ERP system and the expansion of Syteline to newly acquired service centers. Responsibilities: · Manage all aspects of the companies communications, IT hardware and software needs.· Create project plans for and manage the implementation of Syteline to newly acquired service centers.· Ability to create project plans to include scope of work, budget, and risk.· Business acumen: Ability to understand the quote-to-cash process of a business and its operations.· Manage the relationship with RSM which services the company’s infrastructure and help desk.· Develop tactics to track risk and mitigate responses between local sites.· Interface with internal members to analyze information and functional requirements to create case documentation and how it’s applied in ERP.· Communicate with team members to create an organized path, deliver on hot-topics, and establish success criteria.· Work with General Managers and local managers to apply rational reasoning to explain project plans that support relationship building between IT and local sites.· Assist with acquisition implementations.· Ability to troubleshoot front end, operational issues in Syteline.Compensation/Benefits:· Competitive Base Salary· Family Medical, Dental, and Vision· Monthly Payment, If You Opt Out of Enrolling in the Medical Plan· Wellness Program: Gift Card for: Annual Physicals, Gym memberships· 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan· Basic Life and AD& D Insurance· Paid Time Off and Holidays· Steady Work Schedule
