We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, and manages IT staff to ensure smooth departmental function.
- Oversees the IT budget, participates in strategic planning, and manages technology infrastructure.
- Develops and executes plans for IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Provides technical support, manages technology best practices, and implements security measures.
- Possesses expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud technologies, databases, and more.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience required
- Proven expertise in Cisco technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Proficiency in Active Directory management
- Knowledge of Backup Technologies
- Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Ability to handle Contracts effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 & Microsoft Windows
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay updated on industry trends
