RESPONSIBILITIES • Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (AzureAD) administration • Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple MacOS management • Wi-Fi and wired networking troubleshooting and repairs • Inventory management for hardware, software, and cloud-based services • Providing network print and scanning troubleshooting and support • Maintaining the security awareness training and phishing program • Monitoring alerts and reviewing logs for potential issues • Provide support for employee mobile devices. DESIRED SKILLS: • Demonstrated working knowledge of hardware and networking basics. • Able to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support Windows and Apple operating systems and applications. • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration • Skilled in handling customer concerns in a calm and = years of experience manner • Does well with minimal "hands on" training and can acquire new skills quickly and can "take the ball and run with it" • 10 years of overall IT experience • 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft and Apple applications and operating systems. • Network and systems administration experience and certifications such as CompTIA A , Net , Security . • Experience supporting technical and non-technical end-users both in-person and remotely. • Experience using a ticketing system to manage support requests. • Experience in both network and cyber security operations. • Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of SaaS based products, and management of customer licenses.
