IT Manager

Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for an IT Manager located in Germantown, Wisconsin. The role focuses on providing both direct and indirect IT support, emphasizing hardware, software, and system management. You will be responsible for the careful development of systems and processes to ensure continuous operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
Provide both direct and indirect IT support, focusing on hardware, software, and system management.
Develop systems and processes to ensure continuous business operation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical expertise and strong customer service.
Offer technical support and assistance with setting up, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, hardware, software, and network systems.
Oversee system upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting.
Work on disaster recovery and ensure all IT functions run smoothly in collaboration with other departments and third-party ERP software suppliers.
Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.

Requirements

Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT managerial role
Proven knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
Familiarity and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Database management
Experience with EO/IR systems is required
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
Must have experience with Active Directory
Familiarity and experience with Backup Technologies is required
Proficiency in Computer Hardware is necessary
Experience with Configuration Management is essential
Must have experience in managing Contracts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to strategize and make sound IT decisions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
