Roles/Responsibilities:Lead, manage and hold accountable all team members assigned to projects.Create project charters for pre-project validation and approvals.Review and approve scope and budget for all external and internal IT projects.Facilitate handoff from sales and partner success teams to project team.Organize and facilitate project kick-off calls.Build project plan, communication plan and schedules for all approved projects.Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, including assisting both inside and outside sales on scoping and planning.Manage the daily schedule of all assigned project resources.Coordinate with cross-functional team members and managers to ensure completion of project objectives.Monitor all project constraints on all individual projects and manage changes appropriately.Fulfill communication plan obligations.Maintain communication records of issues/problems and remedial actions taken.Provide project status reports up and down the communication chain.Facilitate lesson learned meetings after all projects.Build templates and leverage automation for efficient project delivery
