We are in search of an IT Manager with security experience to join our team in Bremerton, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating long-range plans, developing processes, managing real-time data redundancy, and leading the IT team to ensure high levels of customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's cyber security, especially in an on-site and remote working environment.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement systems and resources to ensure cyber security• Lead IT team of 4 in developing and maintaining high levels of customer service, professionalism, individual skills, and effective team approach to work• Ensure internal customers have IT tools needed to effectively perform their jobs including documentation, training, and report writing support• Ensure security and data integrity of information systems is consistent with business needs, federal and state requirements• Supervise Information Technology staff, setting goals and objectives• Develop appropriate short and long-term plans for the agency’s computer network/IT assets• Advise the Service & Capital Development Director, Executive Director, and Board on information technology issues• Coordinate the use of cloud technologies, active directory, and network securitySalary range: $120,000 - $135,000Health insurance, fully paid dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, 11 paid holidays.Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (somewhat flexible)possible evening or weekend
