Description
Robert Half is looking for an IT Specialist to provide basic technical assistance by e-mail, phone, remote control, and in-person for our client located in the Waltham area. This is a direct hire, permanent role with a hybrid work model (3 days in office with 2 remote). In this role, you will pick up and respond to help desk tickets within the target time frame, accurately diagnose problems and provide clear and complete instructions to end-users.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years' experience with Windows 10 or higher
- Familiarity with basic principles of cloud computing and information security
- Experience assisting others in a professional services environment (law, accounting, consulting, insurance, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be an efficient multitasker
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
