Your responsibilities in this role
- Providing control measures for LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam
- Controlling the operation of services related to all local area networks and wide area networks, while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting and resolving local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related network problems
- Arranging and performing network software and hardware upgrades
Requirements
- Previous experience in production environments and being on-call
- Knowledge of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations
- Exceptional skills in troubleshooting, analytics and diagnostics
- Solid understanding of Networking
- TCP/IP experience preferred
