A Glimpse of the Position Responsibilities:
• Assist with internal and client backups: Set up and proactively manage workstation and server backups, address backup failures and error messages promptly, and engage with clients, as required, to ensure backups run and store successfully.
• Managing both the details of technical hardware and software onboarding of new Club Members as well as the offboarding of AC members.
• Ownership of projects from implementation to completion. Consistent and detailed communications throughout all projects are required. Communications to include overall project updates, team collaboration, if appropriate and internal team engagement communications, routine management/Leadership updates to include clear documentation of project status, questions, action items, completed work and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Work with all aspects of the tech team to engage in a broad scope of technology; desktop configuration and management, network configuration and troubleshooting, cloud applications / environments, and formatting / setting up desktop and laptop computers
• Gain customer support skills by answering inbound calls and creating support tickets as needed based on call volumes. Assist with scheduling client appointments for tech related services via phone and/or email
• Develop and advance upon general business/office/IT environment skills to include but not limited to system administration, mass deployment, Office 365 tenant/application administration, organization, Outlook scheduling and communications, phone etiquette, time management, project management, multi-tasking, follow through and customer care
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive client interaction that not only delights the client, but exceeds their expectations
Education and Experience Preferred:
• Bachelors degree or Associates degree in Information Technology related field
• Current knowledge of computer systems, electronic systems, and software applications; Solid understanding of desktop applications
• Level 1 Technical Support experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10/11 and Server 2016/2019/2022, and a willingness to learn new operating systems
• Basic knowledge of core network technologies (WiFi, routers, switches, etc.)

• Strong client service skills, first-hand experience interacting directly with customers; a genuine interest in serving and caring for our clients
• Possesses strong work ethics and morals; is driven and motivated to advancing their career through hands on experience and evolving industry knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible while keeping a keen attention to detail; understanding of urgency through display of effective time management and efficiency
• Must be dependable and can meet deadlines as assigned
Requirements
- It is preferred for applicants to have technical skills to serve as escalation point for handling incidents and service requests related to application, operating system and other service related problems
- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Command of Microsoft Office 365
- Network System experience
- Practical knowledge of Provide Technical Support
- Comprehensive knowledge of Server Administration
- Desktop Support experience highly preferred
- MS Windows 10 experience
- Routers experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Technical Support
- Adeptness in Switch Routers
- General familiarity with Technical Solution
- ITIL certification is an even more strongly preferred point
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- This position is best filled with someone who has a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude
- 3 years' of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware
- One or more programming or scripting language skills required
- A qualified candidate would be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
