What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Assistant position at Robert Half?
Walnut Creek Property Management Firm is in need of a temporary leasing assistant. This role is located at a property in Walnut Creek. Duties for this role include interacting with residents, answering phones calls and scheduling tours of open units. You will also be in charge of posting open units to Zillow and other websites to help gain interest of potential new residents. Additional duties include filing, data entry, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly and enjoy interacting with potential residents and current residents. This role is anticipated to go through the end of the year. It is Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong familiarity with Property Management
- Command of Leasing Consultant
- Solid understanding of customer service
- Foundational knowledge in Receptionist Duties
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Skills in internet research
