Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring a Loan Administrator. The Loan Administrator will act as a liaison between a lender and potential borrower. The Loan Administrator will help identify loan opportunities that the borrower qualifies for from the lender. Are you a customer focused and detail oriented professional? Your responsibilities
- Examine all fee discrepancies in loan processes and perform regular audit on processes and compliance to all requirements
- Design a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
- Put together all necessary loan package documentation
- Analyze credit agreements, regularly update legal documents, and process origination fees and closing costs
- Aid business units in current processes and maintain record of expenses
- Manage all communication with internal lending officers and bank representatives and perform regular investigation to resolve all customer issues efficiently
- Examine initial loan approval and collaborate with the borrower to gather appropriate documentation
Requirements
- Skilled in MS Word and Excel
- Experience working with required financial data for loan processing and decision making
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and a detail oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
