Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring a Loan Administrator. The Loan Administrator will act as a liaison between a lender and potential borrower. As the Loan Administrator you will help identify loan opportunities that the borrower qualifies for from the lender. This is the Loan Administrator position for you if you are a detail oriented and a customer focused professional!
What you get to do every single day
- Regularly audit processes and compliance to all requirements, as well as analyze all discrepancies in loan processes
- Provide regular updates to all legal documents, process all origination fees and closing costs, and prepare and interpret credit agreements
- Assemble required documentation for the loan package
- Help with maintenance of expenses and ongoing processes with other business units
- Gather necessary documentation from borrower after reviewing initial loan approval
- Investigate all customer issues and resolve accordingly, as well as communicate with internal lending officers and bank representatives
- Design a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
