Analyze security and collateral package and other due required diligence to determine exposure and provide recommendations to management and the loan committee.Review Membership and Security documentation for onboarding stores.Coordinate and review periodic collateral audits and obtain updated information, as required.Coordinate timely communication with attorneys, stores, internal teams, etc.Work closely with the loan committee.Demonstrate an understanding of loan policy, underwriting, loan risk, and regulatory requirements.Analyze Judgement/Lien and UCC searches to determine if a prospective store meets the requirements.
