A reputable organization in Hudson County, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Outbound Customer Service Representative to join their team.


The Logistics Coordinator/Outbound Customer Service will be responsible for:

  • Review and verify shipment orders
  • Coordinate driver routes and delivery loads
  • Track shipments and input data into the company system
  • Respond to customer service requests when necessary
  • Consult with trade and inbound logistics for shipment schedules
  • Prepare reports pertaining to client accounts, status of order and inventory
  • Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and logistics carriers for delivery
