Additionally, you will perform a heavy amount of data entry and need to have customer service skills. Your responsibilities
- Watch, monitor, and sustain dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements
- Approve freight bills and process bills of lading
- Update and collaborate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes
- Perform various administrative duties
- Follow-up with carriers, as necessary
- Adhere to guidelines for approving carriers
