- Discourage assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station
- Apply mail processing equipment
- Salvage data within allotted time frames
- Provide help to employees complete diverse projects as necessary
- Maintain optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
Requirements

- Deep understanding of Sort Incoming Mail
- Mail processing experience required
- Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
- 1 years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting
- Execute general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature
- This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be flexible and focused
- Capable of handling office equipment
- Solid understanding of mail processing at organizational level
- A minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent
