ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate duties to the development team.
• Develop new and maintain existing software solutions, processes, standards, and procedures to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications following SDLC standards.
• Assist in solving production problems in a timely manner, including off hours and weekend support when necessary.
• Support and maintain critical business systems such as ERP, TMS, and CRM environments including Production, QA, and Test..
• Support and maintain pricing engine logic and platform.
• Collaborate daily with IT staff to build business knowledge and support continuous improvements on processes and integration projects.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, and other areas of the business to implement application changes for process improvement.
• Manage software development risks and serve as the development team representative to senior management.
• Adapt to new platforms and implement, maintain, and scale them to enable growth of the business across all business units.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, aligning them to project plans and budgets that are frequently communicated to executive leadership.
• Work with other departments to integrate software solutions into the overall business environment.
