We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy for our brand, specifically maintaining our online presence, brand promotion, social media management, and newsletter creation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

- Lead our initial website project, transitioning our current website from WordPress to SquareSpace.

- Oversee the remaining migration of content including critical customer pages such as payments and Community Partner information.

2. Branding:

- Manages the Community Partner branding funnel by developing distinctive branding kits for partners.

- Activities will include, but not be limited to, refining existing kits, creating logos through Adobe Creative Cloud, and updating our brand books.

3. Social Media:

- Design attractive and consistent social media posts on a bi-monthly basis.

4. Newsletter Design:

- Take charge of crafting two engaging digital newsletters each month, to be distributed via MailChimp.

- Ensure one newsletter targets our external stakeholders while the other communicates effectively with our internal team.

5. PowerPoint Design:

- Develop PowerPoint templates adhering to our branding guidelines for internal team members and community partners.

- Regularly update existing PowerPoint templates and review final presentations for quality assurance.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp, and SquareSpace is vital.

- Demonstratable proficiency in digital design, with a particular focus on branding.

- PowerPoint design experience, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Demonstrated success in delivering compelling digital content.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
