Compensation: $85000.00 to $95000.00 yearly
Our client in Waseca, MN is seeking a Materials Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and participating in planning & master scheduling by providing supervision and direction. You will ensure maximum utilization of manufacturing resources, inventory levels, materials availability, and manufacturing capacities in accordance with production plans and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (APICS certification preferred) and prior experience in forecasting within a supervisory position. Strong technical aptitude a must (Microsoft Office/Excel, Oracle, Lean methodologies) along with relationship building and elevated communication skills.
