The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a notable healthcare company in the Noblesville area to find a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient and have a strong attention to detail.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmResponsibilities to the position include the following:Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance information.Update patient records and medical charts.Collect co-payments and other patient payments.Process and file insurance claims.Provide administrative and clerical support to the medical team.Maintain the reception area and ensure that it is clean and organized.Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.Answer patient questions and provide information about the medical practice.Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
