Robert Half is seeking to hire a diligent and empathetic Medical Customer Service Professional for a growing team in the Pearland, Texas area. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients and insurance companies while providing exceptional customer service and support. This could be a great entry level position for someone with a great attitude and exceptional customer service skills to join the medical industry! Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to patients via phone and email interactions.Answer inquiries regarding medical services, appointments, billing, insurance, and general inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.Schedule appointments, process referrals, and assist with medical records management.Collaborate with staff and other departments to address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.Stay up to date on medical terminology, procedures, and insurance guidelines.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the patient experience.
