Robert Half has a need for a Network Administrator to come work for a top-tier organization in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. To be successful in this role, you should have a can-do attitude and be an organized problem solver who is passionate about ensuring and maintaining a stable network infrastructure. You will ensure security, integrity and high-availability of enterprise systems and related components to develop, administer and maintain the network infrastructure to support the business. The software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems you will be working with are constantly changing. Your commitment to ongoing education will be important for staying current and fully informed. This Network Administrator role, located in the Newberry, South Carolina, area is a permanent opportunity.
Major responsibilities
- Investigating and solving problems related to local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related issues
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to administer the operation of all local area networks / wide area network related services
- Providing control measures for LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam
- Arranging and performing network software and hardware upgrades
Requirements
- 3 years experience related to the job
- Knowledgeable of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations
- Foundational knowledge in configuration management
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Cisco CallManager experience
- Network Administration experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Networking
- Strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills
- Previous experience in production environments and being on-call
