The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day to day workflow at the corporate office as well as managing a small team. How you will make an impact
Manage the Billing Team, including hours and performance reviews.
Organize and process check requests for departmental expenses.
Manage company office supplies to reduce overall expenses and maintain and safeguard proper inventory levels.
Manage offsite record storage, which includes ensuring documents being sent offsite are properly filed, reviewed, and documented, as well as, performing the periodic review of offsite storage inventory and items to be destroyed are destroyed on time and under company guidelines.
Oversee the incoming and outgoing mail process and serve as a backup operator of the mailroom sorter and postage metering machines.
Update US Mail postage recap report daily and distribute monthly to the Accounting team.
Prepare and distribute daily and monthly Sales reports to management.
Maintain relationship with shipping carriers.
Backup to supervise outside maintenance contractors’ work at Support Center and Corporate House.
Requirements
In-office presence, no remote or hybrid work schedule.
Candidate must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
