Robert Half's client in Hudson is looking for an Office Administrator/Executive Assistant who will provide support to an office in Hudson. The client is looking for a candidate who has a hunger to learn, someone who is willing to try new things and be trained, and someone who can handle a changing environment. Some specific responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings/taking meeting minutes
- Performing various administrative duties as needed (i.e. phone correspondence, data entry, filing, etc..)
- Research companies/people
- Prepare CEO for meetings
- Assisting with reviewing written communications/proofreading
- Planning travel
WHERE: Hudson
WHEN: ASAP
DURATION: Contract, possibility for contract-to-hire
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8 hour days
LOCATION: On site
Requirements
- Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
- Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials
- Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
- A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
- Finish tasks independently
- Proficiency in proofreading
- Proofreading experience required
- Schedule Meetings experience desired
- Administrative Assistance experience
