Job Description: Billing Coordinator

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Management: Prepare and review invoices for services rendered to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the company regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter billing information into the company's financial systems and maintain up-to-date billing records.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of billing transactions, contracts, and related documents.
  • Billing Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute monthly billing reports to relevant departments and management.
  • Collections: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and collaborate with collections teams when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
