We are in search of a dedicated Office Support to join our team located in the north metro of Minnesota. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth office operations within our industry, and involves a range of administrative tasks, including data entry and assistance with Microsoft Excel. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports and documents using Microsoft Excel.
  • Respond to, and resolve, inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
  • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize administrative skills to support the effective functioning of the office.
  • Stay abreast of updates and changes in company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Applicants must possess a proven track record in Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficiency in Data Entry is a fundamental requirement for this role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required.
  • Experience in a similar Office Support role is highly desirable.
  • Applicants should have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should have the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
