Exciting Operations Analyst opportunity with a growing Private Equity company in Houston! Looking for someone with an Accounting or Finance foundation that can work with the Finance team on some reporting. L The role will be working with the Director & Associate Director of Operations. Role includes fund raise, due diligence and legal negotiations, working with finance team on valuation of portfolio companies, putting together portfolios and packages. Needs someone dynamic that is flexible and able to think on their feet.
Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
• Assist with Capital Raising Efforts
• Preparing pitch decks for investors and potential investors
• Responding to investor inquiries, due diligence and data requests
• Support quarterly and annual investor reporting
• Coordinating data sharing amongst firm’s investment and finance teams
• Providing analytical and administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
