As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a pivotal role in forecasting demand, evaluating supply, and orchestrating strategic solutions to ensure an optimal balance of inventory. Your insights will not only shape our inventory strategies but also drive our ability to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges before they arise. If you're ready to dive into a dynamic environment where your analytical prowess and strategic thinking can make a real impact, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.Inventory Management:Analyze and consolidate customer demand and supply forecast data across various chassis depots/supply points.Utilize data insights to forecast adequacy of chassis inventory, anticipating surplus and deficit conditions in advance for proactive action.Develop, evaluate, and recommend action plans to address inventory challenges, implementing and monitoring these plans for optimal outcomes.Devise and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking and trend analysis.Vendor and Data Management:Oversee vendor performance, conducting audits and ensuring quality standards in facility, maintenance & repair, transportation, and part supplies.Monitor data integrity concerning on-hire and off-hire transactions, rectifying discrepancies and managing exceptions effectively.Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:Monitor regulatory inspections and maintain compliance data and reporting.Support operational and customer reporting, aiding in data gathering, integrity checks, analysis, and reporting procedures.
