Part Time Accounts Payable position! Great opportunity to work for a reputable company as they grow!This Part Time Accounts Payable position will be Tuesday - Thursday in office in Westborough. Prior Accounts Payable experience is a must. Responsibilities include matching, batching and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Start advancing your career now, and find out more about this exciting opportunity.Major responsibilities- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Execute additional tasks as needed- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Fullfill full-cycle A/P- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
