We have a part-time technical support role for someone interested in technology, problem-solving, and customer service. You will work days, Monday -Friday to resolve tickets pertaining to computer related issues such as networking, basic server tasks, Office 365 management, or those ever so frustrating and complicated desktop issues that will require you to think quick and come up with creative and secure solutions.

Requirements
- 2 years of technical experience
-IT support ticketing system experience
- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Active Directory
-Office 365
- Hardware and software support and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
