Part-time - 25-30 hours a week!!Support the day-to-day functions of the Payroll department as a Payroll Clerk at a growing company Robert Half has partnered with in the Salt Lake City, Utah region. The company is a dynamic, fast-growing team, looking for an individual who can communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. The Payroll Clerk will be required to perform data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is a short-term contract / temporary employment role.How you will make an impact- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc- Build and run custom reports- Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Distribute and administer reports as instructed- Update data into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
