The Payroll Clerk's daily functions may consist of data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments.
Responsibilities
- Update data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
- Be the main point of instruction/training contact to employees regarding payroll-related best practices
- Distribute and administer reports as instructed
- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
- Communicate with organization employees via a variety of channels to obtain approvals of timesheets
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc
Requirements
- Excellent data entry skills
- Command of bi-Monthly Payroll
- Proficiency in Spanish Language
- Comprehensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous payroll experience
