The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the accurate calculation of hours, overtime, PTO, deductions, and bonuses in accordance with company policies and labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Execute multi-state payroll processing for a couple of hundreds of employeesEnsure accurate handling of W-2'sNourish positive employee relations and resolve any payroll related issuesAssist HR department in onboarding new employeesKey Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll ClerkIntermediate to advanced skills in MS ExcelKnowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance regulationsExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information in a professional mannerIf you are adept at problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
