Responsibilities:• Execute weekly payroll for two entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Handle payroll for various types of employees including hourly, salaried, and those on commission• Respond to and manage unemployment claims• Conduct benefits reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes• Utilize Automated Payroll systems to streamline processes• Conduct full cycle payroll activities, ensuring all stages are completed accurately• Handle multi-state payroll, adhering to different state laws and regulations• Manage in-house payroll activities to ensure internal compliance• Use skills in multi-state manual payroll to handle complex payroll situations.
