Based in the La Vista, Nebraska area, this permanent position is a great opportunity.Responsibilities- Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Train and instruct employees in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Other duties as assigned- Retrieve reports as instructed by administering and/or distributing- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.- Collect and organize timesheet approvals by contacting employees via email and phone- Build and run custom reports
