This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Willow Grove, Pennsylvania area and is a short-term contract / temporary employment role.Responsibilities- Administer and distribute reports as instructed- Construct and run custom reports- Supply the organization with instructions/training regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals- Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
