Robert Half is actively recruiting for a strong Payroll Manager to support our global publicly traded Manufacturing and Services client. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be managing a team of 5 payroll staff to ensure bi-weekly payroll processed for 3,100 employees across North America. The consultant may also need to assist with the processing of bi-weekly payroll, including validating timesheet data, preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. This role is hybrid schedule located in Brea, CA. Technical Skills:- Manage payroll process in ADP Vantage system-Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of payroll system and information- Maintain and develop policy and procedures- Assist with any payroll external audit requests- Prepare monthly payroll reportsSoft Skills- Attention to detail- Able to communicate at various levels within the organization
