This role involves managing and executing our payroll operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, handling bonuses, utilizing software for payroll processing and reporting, collaborating with other departments, providing customer service, ensuring compliance, managing garnishments and taxes, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Responsibilities:• Manage and execute payroll operations for employees across multiple states• Handle the processing of quarterly and annual bonuses• Utilize UKG UltiPro software for efficient payroll processing and reporting• Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service to employees• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies• Accurately manage garnishments, payroll taxes, and other deductions• Generate and analyze payroll reports as required• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance payroll efficiency• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, Accounting Functions, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Multistate Payroll, Full Cycle Payroll, Process Bi-weekly Payroll, Weekly Payroll, and UKG UltiPro
