In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all payroll and contractual obligations are met, managing the complete payroll process, and handling accounts payable invoices. You should have experience with QuickBooks and LCPtracker, along with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results. Key Responsibilities: Certified Payroll Management: Prepare, review, and process certified payroll reports for various projects in compliance with state and federal regulations. Prevailing Wage Compliance: Maintain knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and ensure accurate wage determinations and reporting. Contract and Job Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of contracts and projects, from initial setup to closing. Verify that all obligations are met, and contract terms are adhered to. Insurance Setup: Ensure that all insurance requirements for contracts are met, including verifying coverage, expiration dates, and renewals. Weekly Certified Payroll Entry: Accurately input and process certified payroll on a weekly basis, reconciling hours, wages, and benefits for each job. QuickBooks and LCPtracker: Utilize QuickBooks and LCPtracker software for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Accounts Payable: Enter accounts payable invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Open and distribute mail related to AP.
