We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Piscataway, New Jersey area. This role will involve the processing of payroll for a large number of employees across multiple states. You will be required to have a comprehensive understanding of various payroll systems, including UKG, and be proficient in handling both union and non-union payroll. This role offers a hybrid schedule but you must be commutable to Piscataway, NJ at least three days per week. Responsibilities:• Process multistate payroll using UKG system• Handle both union and non-union payroll operations• Conduct Payroll Tax Reconciliations • Manage Timekeeping duties• Ensure adherence to payroll laws and regulations across multiple states• Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively • Administer 401k - RRSP Administration • Carry out general Accounting Functions • Use UKG Pro and UKG Ready for various payroll tasks• Manage Payroll Taxes and other related duties.
