• Implement, maintain, and review full cycle payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, variable payments, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. • Create W2s and resolve employee discrepancies, calculate corrections and submit amendments. • Facilitate audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate data for the payroll & routine compliance audits. • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned.
