What you get to do every single day

Handle data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware along with break/fix

Disassemble, pack, move and set up/install on site

Install printers, troubleshoot and handle repairs

Take down, box and ship equipment that is outdated

Document all daily data communication transactions, issues and solutions or installations

Coordinate repairs with the appropriate vendors
-
Ensure the integrity of electronic data records, acting in accordance with company quality standards

Interface with ticket submitters regularly and effectively
-
Diagnose, restore, rebuild, and refurbish computer hardware, such as PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and additional IT equipment
-
Support functionality testing and end users
-
Image and set up new computers
-
Own and execute technology implementation projects

Track equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases Requirements - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

3 years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
-
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

JAMF Casper Suite experience preferred
-
Windows OS experience
-
Intune experience
-
Mac OS experience
-
Familiar with network design and implementation strategies
