- Support functionality testing and end users
- Service a variety of computer hardware, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and other IT equipment
- Manage inventory of equipment, including collaborating on potential purchases
- Ensure the integrity of electronic data records, acting in accordance with company quality standards
- Disassemble, pack, move and set up/install on site
- Install printers, troubleshoot problems and make repairs
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Communicate with ticket submitters effectively and on a regular basis
- Own imaging and preparation of new computers
- Take down, box and ship equipment that is outdated
- Arrange for repairs through the appropriate vendors
- Manage and carry out a variety of technology implementation projects
- Oversee data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware and break/fix
