High Tech client is seeking a dynamic and innovative contract Procurement & Contracts Analyst. The duration of the project is 6 months to 1-year. Apply today for immediate consideration!Position Overview:The Procurement/Contracts Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement and contract management processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating vendor quotations and contracts, engaging in vendor negotiations, and providing support in tracking and reporting approvals from various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Review and validate vendor quotations and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Engage in basic vendor negotiations to drive agreements to closure, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.Support tracking and reporting of approvals from finance, legal, privacy, security, and other relevant departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the procurement and contracting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Assist in the management of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contract documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement and contracting policies, procedures, and best practices.
