Data Analyst needed for a manufacturing company near Latrobe, PA!
This is a GREAT job opportunity for a recent graduate that is seeking analytical roles.
The Data Analyst will help analyze, report and process paperwork relating to planning, scheduling and production of materials. The Data Analyst will have to work in tandem with the Production Manager and Quality Manager to research and analyze data, trends, products and materials to help support and bolster manufacturing efficiencies. The Data Analyst may also have to generate purchase orders, assist with material allocations, calibrations and job planning responsibilities. The goal is to maximize efficiency, quality and production of the metal manufacturing process.
Candidates that meet most of the following requirements will be considered:
Degree: A 4-year degree in Math, Business, Economics, Engineering, etc. will be considered OR a 2-year technical degrees will also be considered.
Strong analytical skills are required
Computer proficiency is also required, especially with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are needed
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
This position is onsite at their manufacturing facility located near Latrobe, PA.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, preferably 8am to 5pm.
